It was released at the end of 2010, several years after his first solo album.Ali had already established his reputation as one half of Lunatic alongside Booba before pursuing his solo career. Production is shared among several figures connected to the French independent hip-hop scene, including Géraldo, Aurélius, Hi-Fi, DJ Stresh, 21Grams, Cris Prolific, Le Yo, and others. This varied production team gives the record a broad sonic palette while maintaining a coherent atmosphere throughout the project.Géraldo, one of the central figures behind 45 Scientific, produced a significant portion of the album. His involvement connects the record directly to the label’s history and to the musical environment that had surrounded Ali since the Lunatic period. 45 Scientific was originally founded by Géraldo, Booba, Ali, and Jean-Pierre Seck and became an important independent force in French rap.Le Rassemblement is notable for its reflective and spiritually oriented themes.
