K-Rino – Danger Zone is the second studio album by Houston rapper K-Rino. Released through Electric City Records, the album was recorded at Samplified Digital Recording Studio in Houston, Texas. Production was handled by K-Rino and fellow South Park Coalition member Dope E. The project followed K-Rino’s debut Stories From The Black Book and continued his early work within Houston’s underground hip-hop scene.The album contains fourteen tracks, beginning with “Overdose” and “Illusions” and continuing through “Two Roads,” “Make A Move,” “I Got Pimped,” and the title track. The remaining songs include “Do Or Die,” “Stalkin’,” “Car Jackin’,” “Who’s The Man,” “Wreckin’ Um,” “Verbal Execution,” “Raise Up,” and “Gotcha Name On A Bullet.”Several tracks feature guest appearances from artists connected to Houston’s rap community and the South Park Coalition. “Overdose” features A.C. Chill, Mafia Genie, Rhyme Felony, and Wicked Crickett, while “Two Roads” includes K.O. “I Got Pimped” brings together J-Flex, Mad Bomber, Money-Mon, PSK-13, Q-Boy, Rapper K, and Weester-Wee.“Do Or Die” features Delema, Ganksta N-I-P, and Point Blank, while “Car Jackin’” includes Big Z. The closing track, “Gotcha Name On A Bullet,” is an extended collaboration featuring A.C. Chill, Aftamath, Aggravated Phat Kat, Black, Brain Dead, C-Rock, DBX, Dope E, Grimm, K-Lee Supreme, Klondike Kat, Murder One, Pop, Ruff Eyque, Suspect, Tech-9, and X-Man-E.Danger Zone is classified as hip-hop, Southern hip-hop, and underground hip-hop. It represents an early period in K-Rino’s career, when his recordings were closely connected with Houston’s South Park Coalition and Electric City Records.
